Right of Withdrawal and Returns

When you shop at teatimepuzzles.se, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the final part.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can use our withdrawal form to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also contact us by email at info@teatimepuzzles.se. Please include your order number and specify which product or products you wish to return.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation through your customer account.

Returning the product

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal.

We recommend packing the product carefully to prevent damage during transport. Please keep your receipt or other documentation showing that the return has been sent.

Inspection of the product and reduction in value

You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality.

If the product, its contents or product packaging has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to examine the product, and this has resulted in a reduction in value, we may be entitled to deduct the corresponding reduction in value from your refund.

For our puzzles, the condition of the product packaging is relevant to the value of the product. If the product or its packaging is returned in a condition that has resulted in a reduction in value, we may be entitled to make a deduction for the reduction in value. Any reduction in value will be assessed based on the actual condition of the product when returned.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by the right of withdrawal, including the cost of our standard delivery to you. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, the additional cost of the more expensive option will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Complaints

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@teatimepuzzles.se and we will be happy to assist you. A complaint is separate from the right of withdrawal, and if your complaint is approved, you will not be responsible for necessary return shipping costs.
